I have contracture, and I used ear cartilage for the bridge, ear cartilage for the tip, and septal cartilage. A says they’ll do septal extension and use ear cartilage to bring down the retracted columella. B says they’ll use ear cartilage to bring down the columella, but it won’t come down a lotㅠㅠㅠ I’m worried about the side effects of septal extension… Everyone who has had septal extension, how was it?
