I had hump nose osteotomy and used ear cartilage for a columellar strut and on the nasal tip. Has anyone had removal surgery? It’s been over two months since my nose surgery, but the columella is crooked and the nasal tip has dropped too much, so everyone tells me to have revision surgery. But I’m tired of all of it and just want removal, and there don’t seem to be many reviews about ear cartilageㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
