Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I went for consultations at ㅍㄹㅁ and ㄱㅇㅅ (early removal). Is there anyone with a case like mine?

First of all, both hospitals said similarly that my surgical nose has no implant, the hump was osteotomized, the nasal tip was raised with septal cartilage, and the cartilage inside the nasal tip was tied to make it slimmer. When I showed both doctors my original birth nose, they said it had a hump, and because of the hump it gave a hooked-nose feel, and it wasn't a low nose. They said the hump osteotomy can't be reversed anyway, and the bone can't be reattached, but everything else can go back to the original state. Since there is no implant and only the nasal tip was raised with septal cartilage to match the nasal bridge line, it seems it isn't that difficult of a surgery. Only one place spoke with certainty...
