I think I had spreader grafts done with donated costal cartilage, but if spreader grafts are removed, is the chance of getting a saddle nose really high? Looking online, most people oppose removing spreader grafts ㅠㅠㅜㅜㅜ I just want to take everything out completely…ㅜ I haven’t even been able to go for a consultation yet, so I don’t know what condition my nose is in, and I feel troubled
