It’s been about 11 days since I had nose surgery: hump reduction, lateral osteotomies on both sides, 2 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Next Monday I’m going to have the second round of intranasal stitches removed. After my nose surgery, I had the splint removed and looked in the mirror, and my nose had become pointed like an old witch’s. My overall impression, which used to be round and soft, became sharp like a fox. So I started crying on the way out of the hospital, and even now I cry every single day, only thinking that I want to die. I’m having so much trouble breathing right now that I looked into counseling at a mental health center and plan to go. My life has completely collapsed. My family also says I have collapsed ...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
