They say they’re going to sue me

In January, I had revision rhinoplasty with silicone replacement, donated rib cartilage, correction of an upturned nose using septal cartilage, bulbous nose correction, nostril/alar correction, and nasolabial angle correction. As the swelling went down, the nasal tip went back up again, my nostrils do not move at all when I inhale, and it has become difficult to breathe. There are no signs of surgery anywhere on the nostrils/alar area, bulbous nose, or septum. When I went to the hospital in December, where did that confident and kind person who told me to just bring photos go? In a dry tone, after touching my nose once and without even examining me properly, they just kept saying absurd things while looking at the monitor, like there is no problem with the septum, your nose keeps flaring right now, they have never touched the muscle, and the bulbous nose, nostrils/alar area, and nasolabial angle were all done from the inside. Then they said they would hand it over to dispute insurance and just disappeared~~ So I posted it as a surgical review, and right away a lawyer sent me a text saying they would file a lawsuit. I’m worried... I hope no more patients get toyed with by such rude and irresponsible doctors.
