I wanted to remove silicone and lower my upturned nasal tip, so I looked around here and there, and after hearing that this director sometimes lowers an upturned nasal tip with silicone removal alone, I went for a consultation. I don’t have contracture or inflammation, and they said it became that way because my original old nose shape was slightly pinched and small, and only the nasal bridge was heightened. But because of that, they said that to lower it into the shape I want and release the pinching, they would need to release the alar cartilage and then fix it again using ear cartilage or septal cartilage. But when I said I don’t want septal cartilage, they said it’s not septal extension, but probably something like a rotation graft using septal cartilage…
