I don’t want to open it up again, but I feel like just the nasal tip is a little unnatural, so I want to watch it a bit more and then remove only the ear cartilage. I’m curious whether that’s possible with a closed approach. It’s been 3 weeks since surgery; is it still too early to judge the shape? To my eyes, most of the swelling seems to have gone down
