If septal cartilage was used in the previous surgery, is it usually impossible to use it in revision surgery? Since ear cartilage and costal cartilage have been used, I feel like if I use autologous costal cartilage too, it would be a major operation, so I am keeping it as a last resort, but I am worried about what to do. Each doctor says different things too, so I am even more worried.
