I had septal extension surgery to lengthen the nasal tip, and I’m looking into removing the harvested septal cartilage and restoring it to its original position to prevent nasal bridge collapse. Has anyone here tried or looked into restoring the septum to its original position at ㅅㅅㅇ? They say ㅅㅅㅇ doesn’t do phone consultations, so I don’t have any informationㅡ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
