My nose is 8 years old, and the ear cartilage is showing through roundly on both sides of the nasal tip. The right nasal tip started showing through 1 year after my first surgery, so I had revision surgery at the same hospital, but just a few days after the revision, the left side, which had been fine, started showing through, and I endured that condition for 7 years. Then this time, even the right side that had been revised is showing through again lol I can’t just keep living believing the claim that ear cartilage won’t pierce through, because the show-through is so severe that even someone seeing me for the first time can tell when they look at my nose. But I think this show-through is because my nasal skin is thin, yet they put in 5 mm of silicone. During the consultation they said they would put in 4 mm, but during surgery, the doctor…
