Functional - deviated septum surgery, rhinitis surgery Cosmetic - removal of existing Gore-Tex, donated costal cartilage, and ear cartilage, followed by revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage.
But after this surgery, my columella looks sunken in and the columella itself looks crooked, so I’m extremely stressed. (Even from the front, it looks shifted to the left, and the left nasal tip feels slightly higher.)
Sure, even taking into account that there’s still swelling, during my first surgery I didn’t feel any asymmetry at all, you know?
