I'm thinking of removing the silicone and using autologous costal cartilage. The places I already know and have consulted at all do flashy noses, but my original nasal bones are thick and all, so I want to make it look naturally refined. Are there any clinics you can recommend besides ㅇㅇ, ㄷㄴ, and ㅋㅅㅜㅜ I work at a company, so I'm trying to set aside a whole day and go to several hospital consultations at once, but I have no information and it's so hard. How is ㄴ ㅗ 즈 ㄹ? An acquaintance recommended it yesterday, but I haven't been able to read reviews. Please recommend mainly single-doctor clinics.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
