I want to make it a bit more glamorous than my current line For my first surgery, I used ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but as time passed, the nasal tip drooped, so it doesn't really look like I had surgery, and there isn't much difference from before So for now, I'm thinking about using rib cartilage, and while making it a bit more glamorous, kind of, how should I put it, with good proportions? Not making the nose length too long and not making the shape too excessive I'm considering ㅁㅇㄷ, ㅇㅂㅌ, and ㅈㅇㅌ, but could I get some information on places worth referencing for revision rhinoplasty?
