Not donor dermis like AlloDerm or Megaderm, and not autologous dermis taken from the buttocks either. There’s something called alternative dermis, and they say it supplements the disadvantages of donor dermis and is a dermis that can actually adapt to our body. I saw it on the blog and YouTube of the director of a hospital famous for revision rhinoplasty. But materials on revision rhinoplasty using this are extremely rare. There aren’t even photos.
