Right now, the silicone extends all the way to the nasal tip, so it is showing through, and I am debating between revision surgery and removal. My original nose was very low, so 6 mm silicone was put in during my first surgery Honestly, I am worried about complications happening again, and I do not want to go through another revision either, so I want to remove everything. But when I went for consultations, they said if it becomes too low, it will look awkward and I will have a hard time looking in the mirror I am really deeply worried. If anyone has been in a similar situation, please share your experience.
