I’m looking into nose revision surgery, and I’m really torn about the material for the nasal tip… For my first surgery, I used donated costal cartilage, but it was too hard and pointy… At the revision consultation I went to at ㅂㅌㅇ, they mentioned donated costal cartilage and septal cartilage, but I’ve heard ear cartilage will definitely droop… I’m conflicted
