I said I wanted to raise my nose high, but they strongly said 3-4 mm would be enough and that they would see during surgery. But after the rhinoplasty, they said they had actually put in 6 mm. And after surgery, my nostrils weren’t very visible, so at first I wondered why it was like this, but looking now, it became an arrow-shaped nose. Recently, I went to another plastic surgery clinic for something else, and they said it seems like the nasal tip (bulbous nose) wasn’t refined well, and my nose also looks a bit crooked. The donated costal cartilage that was inserted has a bulging shape, so the airway became narrower and my breathing sounds loud.. Maybe because I have a high nasal bridge, arrow-shaped nose, and a strong bulbous-nose feel, it looks masculine and my nose looks long too. When I went and told them last year, they said they would provide AS, but I couldn’t go because my schedule didn’t work. I’m planning to go again this year, but will AS be possible.. It has been exactly 3 years since the surgery.
