It’s now day 102 since I had revision rhinoplasty, but I really, really don’t like the shape, so I’m thinking about a second revision. Would it be okay to do it right after 6 months? ㅜ And the only thing I have left now is left ear cartilage. Would it be possible to make the columella come down like that in the photo? For my first surgery, septal cartilage was used; for the revision, autologous costal cartilage and right ear cartilage were used.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
