I’m planning to have it removed as soon as I complete 6 months. Maybe because I had alar reduction, nostril lowering, and osteotomy, my nose is still full of scar tissue inside. So breathing is somewhat uncomfortable. I’m planning to remove the 3 mm silicone and ear cartilage at the nasal tip. Does it absolutely have to be done with an open approach? Can I also have the scar tissue removed at the same time? It won’t be a problem if I remove it after just completing 6 months, right?
