I'm seriously so torn. At first, I had decided on complete removal, but my nasal tip has been a complex since I was young, so if I take everything out and end up looking too unattractive, I think that would stress me out again. If I choose nasal bridge silicone removal + nasal tip revision, as time passes, will I eventually decide that I need to remove the nasal tip too? Among people who had their nasal tip done, there are people who can make a pig nose and move it side to side, right? How does that happen? I have ear cartilage in mine, and I can't do that at all. In the end, the final destination of rhinoplasty is complete removal...
