I want a straight-with-slight-slope nose close to a semi-ski-slope shape, I hate a round nasal tip, and I want it glamorous! I have small skin that does not stretch well. Has anyone with this kind of case still succeeded with a glamorous result? I’m really desperate. I’m also debating whether to use donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. It’s my first revision, so what did everyone use for their first revision?
