I had my first surgery by incision 3 years ago, and the photo below is the current condition of my eyes... The scarring is so severe that I have never seen anyone with worse scars than mine.. And although it is not severe, I also have lagophthalmos.
I wondered whether surgery would even be possible for these eyes, so I went to a clinic (I live outside the area, so I went to Busan first for a consultation). They said that because there is no extra skin, creating a second line is possible. But even if I do the second-line method, I do not think the current scar will fade dramatically, so I feel like I will eventually end up having a third revision.
So my question is, I want to get rid of the scar, but since there is no extra skin.. would it be possible to do a micro-excision together with the scar? (About 1 mm..)
