I had my first bulbous nose surgery 10 years ago, but ha, I’m still stressed because of my big nose. A bulbous nose isn’t simply about having wide nostril wings; the nasal tip is extremely thick and looks round, like it’s all clumped together. It’s devastating. I’m even looking into external skin excision surgery, so I really hope it succeeds.
