When I was in my early twenties, I had nose surgery without really knowing much, and as I got older, some side effects started to show little by little. I had too much columella pulled downward, and the tip area was also showing through. I wanted complete removal, and that is how the surgery was carried out. To be honest, the consultation felt stiff, but during the surgery they were very attentive and made me feel comfortable. The clinic told me that the tip visibility would get better in about 1 year, but even now that area still looks white. Even though it was not completely removed, the skin there was so thin that I think that is why, so it does not bother me much. Overall I am satisfied, including the cost, and I have been recommending it to people around me.
