Even if I simply want it to look slimmer from the front, is there no answer other than cartilage suturing? I don’t want an implant, a columellar strut, or autologous cartilage from the ear or rib. I just want my nose to look slimmer from the front. Has anyone tried these three: cartilage suturing, fat removal, and alar reduction?
