Revision Rhinoplasty Review

Before before before / after after after after after I had my first surgery in high school, and back then I liked a natural look, so I just asked them to make it look natural But after time passed, it felt too natural and almost like I had not had anything done, so while I was looking into hospitals for revision surgery, the nose lines of people operated on by the director were so pretty that I chose this place! First of all, I really liked that it was a clinic with one director, and since it was a revision surgery, I wanted to stop touching my nose after this, so I think I looked into it even more carefully! When I went for the consultation, I had a CT scan, then a consultation with the consultant, followed by a consultation with the director, and since I like a more glamorous look, I told the director that I wanted it to be glamorous!! The director said he would actively reflect my opinion, and while looking at my CT, he said I had an old-style L-shaped silicone implant inside, and that these are not used now because they are dangerous, so he told me that I really did need revision surgery When I went to consultations at other hospitals, they did not mention this point and only talked about materials and shape, but he explained everything in detail, so I think I trusted him more! For the materials, I could have used donated costal cartilage, but since I wanted this to be the last time, I wanted to use autologous costal cartilage, so we used autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage + 5 mm silicone. After surgery, my rib area was fine except for brief aching when I moved! Removing the cotton inside the nose differs by hospital, but this clinic removes it after just one day!!! I really, really liked that Since it is a one-director clinic, he must be busy, but he checked all my follow-ups carefully, and I am really, really happy with the surgical result now ~~~❤️ This is the end of nose surgery in my life now haha I really think I made the right choice choosing this plastic surgery clinic Thank you, Director Lee Byung-jun
