Asymmetric, uneven nostrils, 4th revision surgery

Other clinics said they couldn’t make it higher because my nose was small. I went to famous places for revision rhinoplasty to get it revised right away, but opening it up again before even a month had passed was scary. So I waited 6 months and eventually got it redone after 2 years. They said they’d make the side profile the same, but it got a little lower. Still, it looks natural and the nostril asymmetry was corrected. I used ear cartilage, not costal cartilage. People don’t know I had surgery. They think it’s my natural nose. Since it got natural-looking, I want to make it higher again, but I’m afraid it might become uneven again, so I’m not doing it and I’m going to live with it naturally. I really like my nostrils now. They’re exactly kidney-bean shaped, and there’s no scarring. This clinic is also famous for cleft lip and palate surgery, so I got it done here, and I have no regrets. My nose isn’t hard either, and even when I touch it, it doesn’t feel obvious. It’s fascinating. Maybe because it’s ear cartilage.
