Does columellar retraction just mean the columella goes inward? It’s not inflammation or a contracture reaction, and functionally there are no problems, right? I’m having total removal surgery next week, and I was told that whether I leave the septum or not, there won’t be any functional problems or retraction. But I’m still so anxious… I had a septal extension graft during my primary surgery, so I’m even more anxious ㅠㅠ
