I had rhinoplasty a year ago, and the tip of my nose is slightly crooked. It bothers me so much that I’m thinking of having revision surgery. If I get revision surgery, do they absolutely have to use rib cartilage?? I had a very major surgery when I was young, so I feel burdened by general anesthesia for using my own rib cartilage, but I’m also worried about using donated rib cartilage later on.. Can’t they use ear cartilage?? I like the current shape and height because they look natural, and I only want to correct the crooked part
