The protruding part of my hump nose isn’t very large, so I want to just shave it down without osteotomy. I’m looking into closed surgery that won’t leave a scar, so I checked out a few hospitals. I’ve also heard that if you don’t do open surgery, the protruding part can’t be completely rasped down, so if there are hospitals that are good at open surgery too, please recommend them.
