Isn’t this cartilage protruding?

Hi, I suffered for 2 months because of pain, and at the end, two days before removing slight swelling at the nasal tip, my nose swelled up like an Avatar character, so it was ultimately inflammation. At a revision-removal specialty clinic, I had the silicone removed, the existing autologous costal cartilage nasal tip lowered, and the step-off filled with the ear cartilage that had originally been there. The pain and headache are almost gone and the tightness between the brows has improved too, but the tightness and stinging pain at the nasal tip and the stinging pain in the columella are still the same and it hurts. In the meantime, a few days ago I looked inside my nose and found something white protruding only on the left side like cartilage, and I also found something red protruding at the suture area above it. So yesterday I went to the hospital, had the remaining intranasal sutures removed, and when I asked, they said it wasn’t cartilage, but …
