I've currently had consultations at two places and am going to one more next week, but the explanations from the two places were so different that I was flustered. The first place took a CT scan and said only the nasal bridge has silicone, so it would be an easy surgery. Surgical method: closed approach. They said they might insert AlloDerm for the step-off. They said my rhinitis surgery level is 0.5 out of stages 1-10. The second place: no CT. They said the silicone extends all the way to the nasal tip, and near the nasal tip the silicone is separated and bent. They said a small piece of silicone is slightly protruding toward the nasal tip. They said it has not come through the skin, but it would be better to remove it quickly. Looking closely, it really seems like that Surgery: open approach…
