I am going to have the nasal silicone and donated costal cartilage completely removed, and since I have not had inflammation or contracture in my nose, I plan to leave the capsule alone and do a full removal. Has anyone here had removal under sedation with local anesthesia? Please share your review. I feel reassured because it seems like the risk of a shadow doctor and anesthesia risks would be reduced, but I am worried it will be mentally too difficult. Was everyone okay? I am also curious how the sensation and the time during surgery felt subjectively, and more than anything, I think I will be so scared because your hands and feet are restrained and you have to stay still.
