If I get my nose done this time, it’ll be my fourth time lol. Is an arrow-shaped nose really something that can make someone go through this many surgeries? At my last surgery, I even said I’d rather they just make it an upturned nose. The hump was shaved down well, but the nasal tip isn’t raised as much as I wanted. For something like this, what on earth should I say during the consultation? What exactly do I need to say for them to properly raise the nasal tip? I don’t know anymore. I feel like I’ve done everything I can. Where is good at fixing an arrow-shaped nose?
