My nose itself was originally a bulbous nose, so I want to make the nasal tip pointy again, but would that be possible?? I had too much silicone put in between my eyebrows, so it looks like an Avatar nose When I get revision surgery, they can lower the glabella area and make the nasal tip pointy, right?
