ㅠI know I have to remove it because of contracture ㅠㅠ But even in the middle of that, I'm really so worried about my nose getting lower, and at the same time I don't want to use silicone or rib cartilage. Is there anyone here like meㅠㅠ So I still can't even go to hospital consultations because I can't decide on a direction myself ㅠㅠ
