Is there anyone here who has had septal reinforcement? I had functional rhinoplasty at an ENT clinic 1 year ago, and maybe because they put mesh on the septal area, the inside of my nose feels extremely stuffy and my voice has changed too, it sounds like I have a blocked noseㅠ So I went to the three major clinics for removal consultations, and they said saddle nose could occur from overharvesting the septumㅠ So what I mean is, is there anyone who had reinforcement done with leftover septal cartilage after septal extension grafting? I saw on YouTube that there are also methods like spreader grafting or strut grafting using the remaining septum, and I’m really worriedㅠㅠ And since septal reinforcement is basically adding support on both sides, wouldn’t it feel even stuffier when breathing or feel like a foreign body?
