Hi, I’m a man, everyone. I’ve had nose surgery, and it looks too obviously done, so I’m looking into removal. If I remove only the silicone inserted in the nasal bridge area, will it look much less like I had surgery? Please share reviews from people who had it removed.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
