10 years ago, I followed my mom and got surgery without looking into it properly It was all done with silicone, and they didn't even use ear cartilage! These days my nose has been a bit blocked and intermittently painful, so I went to hospitals (since I'm in the provinces, I went to places in my region!) One place palpated it and said there was nothing abnormal, no major complications, and no inflammation One place took a CT, and they said there was nothing seriously abnormal, but the silicone itself was placed high, so the alar area?? the bone around the nostril on one side was heavy and slightly compressed, which made it asymmetric and probably made it hard to breathe Here, they said to reduce the silicone and reinforce the alar side firmly with ear cartilage If I completely remove the nasal bridge implant and only do the nasal tip/alar tip area with ear cartilage, could complications like contracture still happen..? Other than contracture, could there be other complications? I'm leaving a post because I don't know well
