Everyone who has had functional nose surgery, when they do the surgery to straighten the septum and use the septum as support so it won’t bend, does it really not bend at all? What happens later if you injure your nose? Does rhinitis surgery actually help after you get it done?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
