It’s been about 1 year since I had rhinoplasty, and a few days ago I saw blood inside my nose. Today my nose was itchy, so I picked it, and a blood scab came outㅠㅠ Could this be an early symptom of inflammation? Should I go to the hospital?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
