If you do cartilage tying, does that make a piggy nose impossible? When doing full removal, they suggested removing the strut and tying the lower cartilage as much as possible so it doesn’t look pinched, but I heard in this community that if you do cartilage tying, nasal flexibility and making a piggy nose become completely impossible ㅠㅠ Could I possibly know the side effects of cartilage tying other than looking pinched?ㅠ
