If anyone had removal at ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ, or has had complete removal of autologous costal cartilage, please let me knowㅠㅠ I haven’t had removal yet, and because of the autologous costal cartilage, my columella is so hard that it’s difficultㅠㅠ After removal, did the hardness of the columella get better?
