I had my nasal tip cartilage tied with non-dissolvable thread through a closed approach, and sometimes it starts hurting, and it hurts so much. So I looked into hospitals for removal, probably around ten places. But everyone doesn’t want to do it. Since they don’t know the thread location, they say because they don’t know the thread location, they would have to do open surgery by cutting the columella, directly see it, dissect, and remove it. They say if I want it done closed, I should go to the hospital that did the surgery. But the hospital that did the surgery is trying not to take responsibility, avoids my treatment, and even when I make an appointment and go, they won’t meet me.
