I'm getting revision surgery for a contracted nose, and is there anyone here who had surgery with ear cartilage instead of autologous costal cartilage and is satisfied? It's been about 4 years since I had the silicone removed, so it's not extremely hard, but can it be corrected well using only ear cartilage without using autologous costal cartilage.... I'm worried because there are two clinics that told me it might not reach the degree I want, but it would be better than using autologous costal cartilage. I don't want to have a third surgery.
