I had nose surgery 2 years ago, and I got it because of my bulbous nose. I was aiming for a natural look, and correcting the bulbous nose was the priority rather than making the nose dramatically higher. But they said that to correct a bulbous nose, the nasal tip has to be lifted, and then because of the step-off, silicone also has to be inserted, so it was thin, around 2 mm as I remember. But these days I feel like my nasal bridge is too high, and my midface was already on the longer side, so I’m even more bothered by it .., I really want to remove only the silicone .. Before surgery, my nose was slightly crooked .. very slightly, and I also had a very slight hump, but I originally had some nasal bridge height, and my nasal tip was droopy .. So I want to remove only the nasal bridge implant, but since it was custom-made silicone, would it be right to consult at the hospital where I originally had it done? .. I also can’t get used to the foreign-body sensation.. Has anyone here with this kind of case removed only the nasal bridge implant, ? Please share your reviews..
