How is Kozelko? Looking at Instagram, can there really be that much of a before-and-after difference with just the nasal tip? Wow, the line looked pretty too. When I went around to other hospitals, they said with a small nose, I could never get the shape I wanted without an implant, and that I should just get filler instead. But can a small nose be done with only my own cartilage? I'm so curiousㅜㅠ Since it's new, I am worried though.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
