Silicone Removal Day 10, Having Revision Surgery 4 Months Later

I had rhinoplasty 4 months ago. The doctor excessively inserted silicone against my opinion and made the height so high it looked like Pinocchio, so my skin couldn’t withstand it and it became an inflammatory case. After having it removed 10 days ago, there’s no foreign-body sensation and it’s so comfortable. There’s still swelling, but people say my face looks gentle again. But since my nasal tip was done with autologous costal cartilage, I left that in place. I’m scared and really don’t want to put silicone in again. The nasal tip had also been raised excessively, so it has come down a lot, but we had planned to shave it down and then inflammation occurred, so for revision surgery, is it okay to just correct the nasal tip? Do I absolutely have to put silicone in? I’m scared of inflammationㅜㅜ
