I went to 5 consultations and narrowed it down to 2 places, but I’m soooo torn. There are differences like whether they remove the capsule or not, and whether they tie the alar cartilage or not. I’m not sure what to do with the alar cartilage, ha ㅜ I wonder if tying the alar cartilage would make the nasal tip droop less, but I also wonder whether it’s really necessary to tie the alar cartilage and leave thread inside, and I’m also worried what if tying it leaves a pinched look. Is there anyone here who might be able to help…
